Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a passionate former first grade teacher, dog mom & wedding planner. I love hard & I love to plan. I am originally from Seattle and have settled down in the Willamette Valley with my husband. From the classroom to the alter, I put my heart & soul into everything I do. My mom said that I came out of the womb with a planner in hand! You know what? I couldn’t agree more. After spending years of endless spreadsheets, planning school dances and never ending birthday parties, I was discovered while running a friends wedding back in 2022. I was approached by a photographer and offered support and encouraged to plan and coordinate weddings professionally. I also had recently planned own wedding which gave me a first inside look into the perspective of a bride. The passion and expertise I’m putting into my own special day is the exact same level of care you will receive for yours.
In 2020, I graduated from Western Oregon University with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education. My husband and our pup, Cooper, currently live in Albany, Oregon… a central location for me to cover Oregon brides no matter where they reside. I am often found reading a good book, eating something sweet, spending time with my amazing friends, on an adventure with my husband or nose deep in a good craft project. I am extroverted, ready for fun, and have a big heart that allows me to put every ounce of myself and my abilities into everything I do for you on your special-ist of days.
