JENNY & ANDY
Jenny & Andy hired me roughly a year before their wedding, little did we know their big day would end up becoming quite the story! To start off, J&A had a beautiful day planned at their outdoor venue filled with so many personal touches. My favorite little detail were their favors, a deck of cards for each guest that said, Andy & Jenny suited for each other. Long story short, we had planned for an outdoor ceremony & reception. An hour before the ceremony, a thunderstorm abruptly came in! I mean full on thunder, lightning and dumping rain!
Did we panic? No! Alongside the amazing vendors, we persevered in a moment's notice. While figuring out what would be the safest option (aka lightning) and making sure we prioritized the couple's vision, we relocated the ceremony space, separated their floral installation, and safely got guests to the tent. The best part, by cocktail hour, we were met with blue skies & sunshine, and danced the night away!! Here’s to always weathering the storm together!
